Mobile application & website
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 12 October 2026Last updated: 12 October 2026
IrriTrack is operated by Vensar Constructions Company Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our mobile application and website, including the web portal.
IrriTrack helps authorized employees, contractors, and project personnel manage irrigation and infrastructure projects.
On this page
1. Information we collect
- Account information: Your name, mobile number, email address, user ID, role, project assignments, permissions, reporting relationships, and login details.
- Project records: Progress updates, inspection checklists, measurements, remarks, contractor work details, approvals, and submission timestamps.
- Photos and location: Images you capture or upload, and location coordinates provided through relevant work activities and device permissions. Photos may include timestamps and site coordinates.
- Facial verification: The mobile app may capture a facial image and process facial characteristics to create a verification template. Face-profile images and templates may be stored in our backend for identity verification and access control. They are not used for advertising or marketing. Device-level biometric authentication is handled separately by your device’s operating system.
- Technical information: Device identifiers, browser and operating system details, IP addresses, notification tokens, login records, and technical logs. Web audit records may include pages visited, project references, relevant URL parameters, actions, and outcomes.
2. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, manage project access, record and verify field work, process inspections and approvals, provide reports and work notifications, synchronize offline mobile submissions, maintain audit records, resolve technical issues, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information, or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Permissions and your choices
Depending on the feature and platform, IrriTrack may request camera access for site photos or facial verification, photo access for selecting or saving images, location access for site coordinates and work verification, notifications for work updates, and device biometrics to unlock a supported mobile session.
You can manage or revoke permissions in your device or browser settings. Restricting access may prevent the related feature from working. Selecting a file for upload shares that file with IrriTrack.
You may request access to, correction of, or eligible deletion of your personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us below. To discuss withdrawing consent for a particular use of your information, contact our privacy team; restrictions may affect features that depend on that information.
4. Website and local storage
Our website uses browser local storage and session storage for sign-in tokens, session expiry, preferences, selected projects, and cached map or weather information. You can clear this data in your browser settings, which may sign you out or reset preferences.
The mobile app may store project details, photos, and pending submissions on your device for offline work and synchronize them when connectivity returns. Web caching does not mean all website features work offline. Downloaded reports and files remain on your device until you remove them.
6. Storage and security
Information may be stored in backend databases, cloud file storage, and your device or browser. We use authenticated access, role-based permissions, and HTTPS for the production API to help protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Uploaded images: As described in our current data practices, uploaded site and face-profile images may be accessible to anyone who obtains their direct file URLs. These access controls are under review. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in photos.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed for project operations and applicable legal, contractual, or record-keeping requirements. Retention varies by record type, including account details, photos, facial verification data, project records, audit logs, and backups.
To request deletion of your IrriTrack account or personal data, email it@vensar.com with your account identifier and the details of your request. Do not send your password or verification codes. Requests are subject to identity verification, applicable law, and legitimate retention obligations.
Uninstalling the app, signing out, or clearing browser data does not delete information already stored on our servers.
8. Children’s privacy
IrriTrack is intended for authorized project personnel and is not designed for children. We do not intentionally provide accounts to children for independent use. If you believe a child’s information has been collected inappropriately, please contact us so we can review and address it.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy as our services or requirements change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. We will provide notice of material changes where required.
