Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 12 October 2026Last updated: 12 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to the IrriTrack mobile application and website, including the web portal, operated by Vensar Constructions Company Limited (“Vensar”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Please read these terms before using IrriTrack. By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services and contact your organization’s administrator about alternative work arrangements.

1. Authorized access
IrriTrack is intended for authorized employees, contractors, and project personnel. You may use the services only for the projects and activities your organization permits. Access depends on your assigned role and may change when your responsibilities change.
These terms govern use of IrriTrack. They do not replace your employment agreement, construction contract, or other written project agreement. If a separate signed agreement with Vensar expressly addresses the same matter, that agreement takes priority for that matter.
2. Your account
Keep your account information accurate and protect your password, verification codes, and signed-in devices. Do not share your account, impersonate another person, or let others submit work under your identity. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly to it@vensar.com.
Use only your own identity for facial verification or supported device biometric authentication. Follow your organization’s device-security requirements and sign out on shared devices.
3. Acceptable use
Use IrriTrack lawfully and within your assigned permissions. You must not:
- Submit false measurements, misleading photographs, fabricated inspections, or unauthorized approvals.
- Access another user’s account or project data without permission, bypass security controls, or disrupt the services.
- Upload malicious software, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Copy, export, or disclose confidential project or personal information without authorization.
- Attempt to copy or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law permits it.
4. Project records and uploaded content
You are responsible for the accuracy of records you submit and for having permission to upload photographs, documents, and other content. Include only information relevant to the work, and report errors through your project’s correction process.
Ownership of submitted material remains with its existing owner. You authorize Vensar and its service providers to store, process, display, and share that material with authorized users as needed to operate IrriTrack, support project workflows, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
Submitting a record does not by itself certify completed work or authorize payment. Project approvals, inspections, measurements, and payment decisions remain subject to the applicable contracts and approval procedures.
5. Field work and service limitations
IrriTrack supports project management; it does not replace professional engineering judgment, site inspections, safety procedures, or required approvals. Verify maps, weather information, coordinates, measurements, and reports before relying on them for field decisions. Do not use the services in a way that distracts from safe site work.
Some mobile features allow offline entry. Pending records may not reach the server until synchronization completes. Check submission status before relying on a record as received. Website and mobile features may differ.
6. Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information, photographs, facial verification information, location, technical records, and browser storage, including current storage limitations and how to make privacy requests.
Protect information you access through IrriTrack. Share it only with authorized recipients and follow your organization’s confidentiality requirements. These terms do not replace any separate consent or device permission required for personal-data processing.
7. Software and brand ownership
IrriTrack’s software, design, logos, and related materials belong to Vensar or their respective licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use the services for authorized project work. This permission does not transfer ownership or allow you to resell the software or use the branding without permission.
8. Availability and third-party services
We may maintain, update, or change features, and access may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, or third-party service failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every error will be immediately corrected.
Maps, weather, notifications, and other features may rely on third-party providers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Their availability and information may change.
9. Suspension and ending access
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or changes to your organization’s authorization. Where practicable and appropriate, we will notify you of the reason and how to contact us about it.
You may stop using IrriTrack at any time. Contact your administrator for access changes or it@vensar.com for account or data-deletion requests. Ending access or uninstalling the app does not automatically remove project records; retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Responsibility and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot promise that all information will be complete, current, or error-free. You remain responsible for checking information and following applicable project and safety procedures.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and any controlling written agreement, Vensar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
11. Updates and applicable law
We may revise these terms as the services or requirements change. The latest version will be published here with an updated date. We will give notice of material changes and obtain acceptance where required by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you. Please contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms prevents you from approaching a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.
